Hey, I'm Libby - a doctor of Physical Therapy and author of Yoga for Bendy People. In my clinical practice, I specialize in hypermobility syndromes, chronic pain and yoga-related injuries. As a person living with Hypermobile  Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, I am committed to raising awarenes about hypermobility syndromes and offering resources to help my fellow zebras thrive.
